About

Disturbed are a multi-platinum, Grammy-nominated metal band who formed in 1994. Vocalist David Draiman's scorching growl paired with guitarist Dan Donegan, bassist John Moyer and drummer Mike Wengren has helped the band score five consecutive No. 1 albums on the Billboard 200 as well as 12 No. 1 singles on Billboard’s Mainstream Rock Airplay chart. With singles like “Stupify” and “Down With the Sickness,” Disturbed’s 2000 debut The Sickness became the band’s best-selling album, earning five RIAA platinum certifications. After 2002’s Believe, 2005’s Ten Thousand Fists, 2008’s Indestructible and 2010’s Asylum, Disturbed returned in 2015 with the chart-topping Immortalized, led by a cover of Simon & Garfunkel’s “The Sound of Silence,” which reached a career-best No. 42 on the Billboard Hot 100. In 2018, Disturbed released their seventh album, Evolution, followed by 2022’s Divisive. Over the course of their career, Disturbed has sold over 17 million records worldwide.

by BigPapiK on 7/11/09Mid-America Center - Council BluffsRating: 5 out of 5

Not alot to say really other than another great show by my boys from Chicago! They never disappoint. Killswitch Engage was great too and Chimera was ok. Lacuna Coil....yeah I like them until I heard them on stage. Get another opening act, please!

  • disturbed rocked!

so this concert was probably one of the greatest concerts i have seen in a long long time. the opening bands were great also! my ears rang for days after the concert but it was well worth it. :) I hope disturbed comes back again around the sioux city, council bluffs area because i will be one of the first in line!

  • Disturbed was awesome

    by Shaggy766 on 7/11/09Mid-America Center - Council BluffsRating: 5 out of 5

I would have to say this is the coolest concert ever to come to council bluffs. Or second. I would have to slipknot was better, but disturbed was badass what so ever. If you can get disturbed again i will so go to it.

  • Start to finish-Amazing show!!

  • Disturbed Event!

by ASammons on 7/11/09Mid-America Center - Council BluffsRating: 4 out of 5

This was my first concert with Disturbed being my favorite group. I thought things went well. Some were throwing cups of beer out at the pits and security responded accordingly. I'll remember next time to get closer though because I didn't get the chance to see the groups faces. All in all, my husband and I were very satisfied.

  • Disturbed was Great!

by aehptown on 7/11/09Roberts Stadium - EvansvilleRating: 4 out of 5

All in all a great concert. Floor seats got a little crazy at times due to the mosh pits. Disturbed played a great show.

  • awesome show

    by hefty74 on 7/11/09Roberts Stadium - EvansvilleRating: 5 out of 5

This was one of the best shows I've seen in a while. I've seen all the bands @ ozzfest or on other tours but, this was a great line-up. I would love to see this show again if I have the chance.

  • Awesome

by JTHero on 7/11/09Roberts Stadium - EvansvilleRating: 5 out of 5

this concert was, plain and simple, the best indoor concert i have ever been to. it was a close second to Warped Tour. All-In-All, just an awesome concert all around. i recommend to everybody.

  • AMAZING!!!!

    by jennmevans86 on 7/11/09Mid-America Center - Council BluffsRating: 5 out of 5

This concert was fantastic! The bands interacted with their fans and totally made waits in line forgettable! The music was, OF COURSE, fabulous and the bands looked great! I would see them again and again and take as many friends as possible each time. Everyone should be exposed to a great concert!

  • Disturbed was amazing!

by Serenity on 7/11/09Roberts Stadium - EvansvilleRating: 5 out of 5

I had wanted to see Disturbed for quite some time....so when I heard they were coming to my area...I couldn't wait to get tickets! They were everything I had hoped for....they rocked! The Encore was amazing....and the lead singer performed my favorite song.... "Down with the sickness" right in front of us, almost close enough to touch....it was great!!!

  • everything was great except disturbed

by mwohlhutter on 7/11/09Mid-America Center - Council BluffsRating: 4 out of 5

The whole setup for this show was awsome! all of the bands were excellent until it came to disturbed. I was a disturbed fan until this show, it was just like they didn't care about the fans at all. they were doing you a favor by being there it seemed like. other than that it was great. I actually left three songs into them!!

  • Good Show

by Twitch on 7/11/09Mid-America Center - Council BluffsRating: 4 out of 5

Lacuna Coil was fantastic. Chimaira, outside of minor technical difficulties at the start, was excellent. Killswitch Engage, fantastic energetic live band every time. As for Disturbed, they seemed a little 'too' rehearsed in my opinion, very robotic with no energy.

  • music as a weapon 2009

by TweederScelus on 7/11/09Mid-America Center - Council BluffsRating: 5 out of 5

i wasnt sure what to expect. the only other festival of this magnitude that ive personally seen was the mayhem festival in 2008. i had extremely high hopes going into this concert, and it completely exceeded my expectations. the stage presentation and the crowd involvement was phenomenal! i would definitely recommend anyone goin to see disturbed or killswitch engage or chimaira whenever they get a chance!!! all in all, amazing show!

  • Disturbed!!!!

    by AJ89 on 7/11/09Mid-America Center - Council BluffsRating: 5 out of 5

This show was amazing the energy was awesome the bands were great and they really interacted with the audience. It was even more exciting when the 2 bands lead singers came down into the crowd. That was absolutely fantabulous. The only thing i didn't like was that Lacuna Coil went on first, in my mind and a lot that they're a pretty big deal and can be a really rocking show but were put on too early with no energy and a lot of people had heard that they were going on second so ended up missing part of the act.

  • disturbed rocked as usual

by shnacker on 7/11/09Mid-America Center - Council BluffsRating: 4 out of 5

the guitar needed to be turned up louder louder, i could barely hear it, and disturbed's singer sang a little different then usual but overall was a good show

  • Amazing

    by adh289 on 7/11/09Mid-America Center - Council BluffsRating: 5 out of 5

The Show was great. the outdoor portion matched with the indoor show was great. i would have liked to see more vendors at the outdoor program. but i can't complain to much

  • Disturbed kicks ass

by Maxstasy on 7/11/09Roberts Stadium - EvansvilleRating: 5 out of 5

Overall the concert was pretty awesome. Lucana coil was actually pretty good live and Disturbed as always put on an unbelievable show. I have seen Disturbed 4 times now and they get better each year. They always play their hits and songs from their newest album. If you have never seen them and you appreciate good music at all and a good performance, this is a must see
