About

STAIND IN CONCERT:

With three consecutive No. 1 albums of anthemic nu metal in the '00s, Staind became one of the most successful alt-rock groups of the decade.  Blending muscular guitar shredding and singer Aaron Lewis's emotional, melodic lyrics, the band's impressive live shows span their entire discography, treating fans to studio-perfect renditions of their biggest hits alongside alternative, countrified versions of songs like "Mudshovel."

BACKGROUND SNAPSHOT:

Formed in Massachusetts in 1994, Staind started out playing hard rock covers in local clubs before self-releasing their 1996 debut Tormented. While they only pressed four thousand copies, the album garnered enough attention to land them a deal with Flip Records and the production assistance of Limp Bizkit's Fred Durst for their 1999 follow-up Dysfunction. The album received favorable reviews and drew comparisons to nu metal legends like Korn, but its reception paled in comparison to 2001's Break the Cycle, an international No. 1 and multi-platinum smash. The band's next four albums would all land in the Top 5 of the Billboard 200, establishing an impressive catalog of hits and building anticipation for the band's rumored return to the studio in 2014.

FANS WHO BOUGHT TICKETS SAY:

"Staind was unbelievable. The band sounded amazing. Aaron's voice gives you chills live. They played everything...They even played quite a few new songs which they totally killed on."

"Staind dug deeply into their classics to get the crowd going. Aaron Lewis was great and seemed to be having fun during an audience participation sequence. Staind played every song I wanted to hear plus more so I left very satisfied."

"I expected a top flight show from Staind and got it...they exceeded my expectations. They had a great mix of hard and soft music; all Staind."

    AWESOME CONCERT

by PHARMACYUNICORN3 on 5/16/24North Charleston Coliseum - North Charleston

I had such a good time at the Staind and Seether concert! The energy was great, the venue was clean and the lines for drinks moved quickly. There were no major delays with the bands coming on and they all played amazing sets.

Great set of bands in a row!

by Darren on 5/15/24Bon Secours Wellness Arena - Greenville

My only criticism would be that during the Seether performance (great overall and amazing music), there was SO much smoke and lighting behind the musicians, that you couldn't ever really see them. They were mostly fuzzy silhouettes on stage, and I felt like it created a disconnect with the audience. The other bands had plenty of lighting effects, but there were breaks where you could actually see the band members clearly and I feel like it connected them with the audience better.

Horrible. The opening artist were better all around

by Katie on 5/15/24Bon Secours Wellness Arena - Greenville

Paid 500 bucks for tickets. Been wanting to see Staind and Seether for years. Finally get to go with my daughter on Mothers Day. No action with audience and stood there. Seether. Guitarist was best part of Seether. Paid for tickets and get put behind speaker or whatever on stage. So couldn’t even see him sing. What a waste of money especially on Mothers Day.
