About

Imminence are an alternative metalcore band hailing from Trelleborg, Sweden. Currently comprised of vocalist Eddie Berg, guitarist Harald Barrett, rhythm guitarist Alex Arnoldsson, drummer Peter HanstrΓΆm and bassist Christian HΓΆijer, the band released the EP Born of Sirius in 2012 β€” the same year they first played the Metaltown Festival, one of the largest festivals in their native Sweden. Imminence released their debut album, I, in 2014, followed by 2017’s This Is Goodbye, 2019’s Turn the Light On and 2021’s Heaven in Hiding. Since then, Imminence have unveiled a string of singles including 2023’s β€œJaded,” β€œCome Hell or High Water,” β€œDesolation” and β€œDeath By a Thousand Cuts.” In 2024, Imminence will embark on a tour of the United States.

    Such an amazing band and show was even more that what I expected. Everyone should experience violincore at least once you will not be disappointed. All the guys are just so talented love it.

    Great Show

    What can I say, the show was great! I had never heard of the opening groups, but have since become a fan of Of Virtue. Imminence really put on a great show, and confirmed for me their standing as one of my favorite groups to come out of Sweden. Just wish I had known of them earlier. 11/10 will go when they roll through Seattle again!

    Lip syncing openers and same same same

    Not a fan. I was super excited to see catch your breath. Who ended up just lip syncing a bunch. And imminence just sounded the same every song. I should’ve known.

    Incredible performance! Playing the guitar with the bow was so unique. Everyone did really amazing. I had a great time and I hope to see Imminence again in the future.

    I waited years to see these guys live & im glad i finally had the opportunity. I absolutely love this band and the performance was equal parts exciting & beautiful. Can't wait to see these guys again.

    Saw them on Nov 26th in Pittsburgh at the Thunderbird. Absolutely amazing band! The energy they have on stage is *chef’s kiss* and the music is so beautiful. Highly recommend seeing them! Very wonderful people to meet in person. So kind and humble! I am so excited to see them again
