  • Sorry I Went

by mlp on 3/4/25Bloomington Center for the Performing Arts - BloomingtonRating: 2 out of 5

IMO This was more like a high school show than a professional production. The stage was bare and the costumes, such as they were, looked very cheap. No one was a great singer or dancer. In fact, most of the "dancing"looked amateurish and awkward. The only person I could understand clearly was the piano player when he did his solo number and I was impressed with his ability as an accompanist. The idea of the show and the lyrics were clever. It all could have been presented much better.

  • Fabulous! A Must-See!

by sbc on 1/29/25Aventura Arts & Cultural Center - AventuraRating: 5 out of 5

Spamilton was Quite the Show… The magnificently talented, small but mighty cast shared a dynamic, engaging chemistry with several members playing multiple roles with virtuosity and flair. Marissa Hecker, the sole female, was particularly outstanding; the definition of “a triple threat“, her roles showcased her multifaceted talents ; from her beautiful voice and incredible vocal range to her dance and theatrical training, she was, in a word… Amazing! And The beauty of this show was that Every cast member was, and equally played an integral part in the show- keeping us mesmerized when not laughing… Hard!

  • Fun!

by Hope on 1/27/25Aventura Arts & Cultural Center - AventuraRating: 5 out of 5

What a fun, well done show. Each performer, individually and together were excellent. Very talented. It was a non-stop 75 minutes of fun.

  • Alot of Fun!

by TravelGirl on 1/27/25Aventura Arts & Cultural Center - AventuraRating: 4 out of 5

The cast was incredibly talented and the show was lots of fun. They poked fun at not only hamilton, but used various broadway plays/characters (phanton, annie, cats..) to tell a great story.

  • Don't Miss Seeing Spamilton!

by Theater lover on 4/22/24Wilson Theater at Vogel Hall - MilwaukeeRating: 5 out of 5

Spamilton was fabulous. I'm a theater lover and have seen Hamilton multiple times and the humor was spot on. I seriously laughed til I cried and hardly had time to recover when the next song came along. The actors were ALL excellent. It's a performance not to be missed!

  • Fun night of Broadway Mashup

Very fun night of all kinds of mashed up Broadway hits. Talented cast and amazing piano player who was amazing all night

  • Intended for fans of rap

by LucyCat on 3/25/24Howard L. Schrott Center for the Arts - IndianapolisRating: 3 out of 5

I thought this show was OK but it was not to my liking as there was a lot of rapping and I couldn't follow it. The performers were talented in their singing and dancing.

  • ???

by Jw on 3/19/24Howard L. Schrott Center for the Arts - IndianapolisRating: 3 out of 5

Small and talented cast & skilled solo pianist, but neither me (64) or my daughter (33) could process the rapped lyrics at the lightning speed they were delivered, even w/diligent effort. The performers put their hearts into it, but we simply could not decipher what they were saying. Perhaps Broadway aficionados will do better than we did, because they will recognize the historical theatrical references that make up a majority of the show. My daughter and I loved Hamilton, but we were thoroughly bewildered by Spamilton.

  • Witty Spoof - still smiling

by LAP on 3/19/24Howard L. Schrott Center for the Arts - IndianapolisRating: 4 out of 5

A theater nerd's romp through dozens of Broadway allusions with nods at the good and winks at the not always good. The play is brilliantly written. We were genuinely smiling and laughing the entire duration.

  • A fun way to salute Broadway

by Grandma7 on 3/19/24Howard L. Schrott Center for the Arts - IndianapolisRating: 5 out of 5

Liked seeing Spamilton at the smaller Shrott Theater; made the experience more enjoyable than with way too many people. The performance was spot on by including new and several well-known Broadway musicals. The performers were fabulous from the lyrics, their expressions (and dance moves) to their voices (outstanding). 70 minutes of laughter and fun!
