  • Amazing concert

    Felix Cavalieri is still amazing at 81 years old! His energy and joy are front and center, and his voice is still great. I was a screaming 13 year teen the last time I saw the Young Rascals in 1967, and I’m so glad I attended this concert in Atlantic City! It’s easy to forget how many beautiful hit songs they had back in the day! If you have a chance to see The Rascals in concert, do it! It’s a wonderful experience!

    The Young Rascals' Groovin was the first LP I ever bought. Felix sang strong and told great stories. Band was top notch. They played all the big hits. GIRL LIKE YOU, HOW CAN I BE SURE?, LONELY TOO LONG, GROOVIN, HOOD LOVIN. Some enthusiastic dancers in the aisle.

    What fun seeing The Rascals still cranking out the good vibes! We're all slowing down--and so have The Rascals. Felix Cavaliere still does all the heavy lifting at age 81. Good guy. He makes it work, despite needing some rest during the show, while others perform solos. The band lowers the tempo and range so that it all works. So it might not be the kind of rocking time we all had way back when. But it's a good time for all, just the same. Mellow rock, I guess. Enjoy!

    Felix was fantastic ! The band was tight, sounded like the old days. Kept the audience rocking all night. Bought out Gene, and maybe he has a hard time getting around, but didn't miss a beat on the harmonica or guitar. Can't wait for their next tour !!!!!

    I expected to have a good time. I did not expect to have a GREAT time which is exactly what happened!!!! This show was AWESOME!!! Crazy fun from the time they walked on stage to the last person left! I they went non-stop with music and stories the entire time! Simply fabulous!!

    Gene Cornish must have been under the weather because he did not play. For being 81, Felix still has a bunch of energy. His voice was pretty good, too. All in all, it was a very good evening!!
