I thought the show was great! The stage show included a mixture of all groups taking turns playing hit after hit was special. Nice to see the groups passion for their life's work. Hope this type of format will be used to bring other funk (Grand Central Station; Cameo; Lakeside; etc.) groups together in a similar format.
This was the most fun I have ever had at a concert! It has been three days and I am still a happy guy! Total energy! Total Fun! I would drive 200 miles to see another show!
I was a little nervous to spend so much money on tickets for a bunch of bands that have been out of the spot for awhile... but they were all great! I couldn't decide which of the bands was the best! Really, can't think of any bad moment the whole night... when is the last time you could say that?!
Show was Awesome!!!!!! Great groups! Show was worth the price & more!!!
The whole show was off the hook. I'm glad everyone showed up. This was one of the best yet. Sugarfoot still got it going on. I told him that and he said, I'm too old for this. I said no your not keep jammin. We need more shows like this. Keep them coming so I can have some more fun. What about Lakeside cameo,funkadelic?
They all were great, it is unusual to see old school sound just like they did way back when but they were on key. Brought back old memories

Totally enjoyed the Old School Concert. Zapp was the Bomb! Ain't no Party, Like an Old School Party, Cause an Old School Party Don't Stop! LOL
The announcer was right, it was more like a dance party (club time), than a concert. Brought back sweet, sweet memories. Enjoyed every bit of it. Thanks to all the groups, of which, you can tell, gave all they had to present a wonderful show.
The concert was great. They played over 3 hours straight. There was not one band that was bad. They played all the old school jams as if you were in the 70's. They were all true performers and none of them have lost their edge. I would go again.
